Updates coming in December - Please Read!
We have a few important changes going into effect.
Shipping losses will still be replaced at 100% value, including sales tax where applicable, but starting in December (2024) frozen food claims will be limited to one order per customer, per 12 month period, on frozen food shipments.
This has become necessary as we have a new sales rep with UPS that is denying coverage on all of our frozen food claims where packages are damaged in transport or delayed due to driver error. We've never experienced any other type of loss so they've essentially quit guaranteeing service on all of our perishables, regardless of cause.
Limiting Service Areas:
We will no longer be offering frozen food outside the Pacific Northwest (2-day ground service areas). We will however, continue to service existing customers outside the PNW within the same coverage limitations noted above *minus the additional 2-day air shipping rates*.
Online offerings are changing:
In order to place any frozen food order now, outside of our recurring orders, you'll need to email or text me as these options will no longer be available through our website.
We will be growing our K9 Food Balancer offerings in 2025:
Our K9 Food Balancer Kits will continue to ship nationwide and we have several exciting additions coming in 2025. The kits are a very easy and economical way to make your own homemade dog food! The end result is the same high quality food you've come to expect from us! Even if you've ordered fresh food from us before, I'm happy to extend a 20% discount on your first kit order!
